***Assigned risk surcharge for drivers under 25 is $25.00 per day, $150.00 per week.
****Assigned risk surcharge for drivers uner 21 is $50.00 per day, $275.00 per week
*****Additional authorized driver $ 5.00 per day. (Must be present with License)
