RIP John, a great guy and a great friend to all of the NY
Tri-State Glamis Trips group. He was the type of guy that would
come up to you if you were the new face and bullshit with you and
make you feel at home. He was the type of person you would never
have to worry about hitting on your gf or even making a wise
crack. He went out of his way to be nice and help with anythig he
could. John was the guy that I looked forward to riding with every
Pres day in Glamis, Cali. My prayers go to the family and all our
friends - Joe Tinari, Rebecca Sykes and the

GLAMIS — A 33-year-old man sustained fatal injuries this morning
after losing control of the all-terrain vehicle he was riding and
being ejected from it, with the ATV subsequently landing on top of
him.
The man is from Valley Cottage, N.Y., but further information
about his identity is being withheld until next of kin can be
notified.
He was riding his ATV around 1:45 a.m. in the Glamis dunes west of
the Osborne Overlook, a California Highway Patrol press release
states, when he rode over a sand dune and lost control of the ATV,
causing him to be ejected. The ATV then landed on top of the man,
resulting in fatal injuries, reports show.
According to the Highway Patrol press release, the man was wearing
a helmet and protective equipment.
An official with the Imperial County Coroner’s Office said an
autopsy is scheduled for later today.
