2008 RAFFLE RULES

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1.The name of the raffle is Glamis Trips Raffle
2.The tickets will be drawn at the September 2008 SCATV Assn. Charity Run
3.Raffle ticket holders do not have to be present to win
4.All applicants must be 18 years of age or older
5.You may buy as many tickets as you want
6.Tickets will be sold in singles as well as multiples
7.The ticket is transferable (you may win and give the ticket to someone else)
8.The winning ticket may not be raffled again
9.When entering this raffle you agree that you have read these terms and conditions.
10.The Winning ticket will include a RV rental for the trip & transportation of your ATV only ( one ATV to and from Glamis)
11.The organizers of this raffle and anyone associated with them is not held responsible for personal injury or loss in any or whole part of this trip.
12.You (the ticket winner) are responsible for food, gas, and personal air travel to and from your location (where you decide to leave from) to Glamis (the airport you choose to travel to for collection of RV) any taxi fares to and from airports.
13. The price of a single ticket is $5, 3 tickets for $10 and 7 Tickets for $20

We do ask you to remember that riding an ATV is a dangerous sport, you must bring with you at minimal a helmet, goggles, and gloves.
ATV Must be registered and Insured.
www.glamistrips.com, www.nyatvonline.com or any owner or person connected to these sites will not be liable in any way for personal injury or loss of life in connection with the trip, and the travel to and from Glamis or while you are at or riding at Glamis, by applying for a TICKET either via the web or in person you have agreed that you have read and understood as well as agreed to all terms and conditions and rules!

If the tickets sales do not cover the total cost of the raffle (glamis trip) the event organisers reserve the right to cancel the draw and refund ticket holders.
