Bosski warrants RevArc Ramps to be new and free from material defects for the useable life of the product. Bosski reserves the right to repair or replace the item with a like product at our option. This warranty is subject to the following conditions:
1. Rev Arc ramps must be registered on line or by mail within 30 days of purchase
2. Warranty does not cover neglect or abuse
3. Warranty does not cover commercial use
4. Warranty does not cover any item which has been altered, modified or repaired
5. Warranty only covers original purchaser
6. Product must be returned to Bosski Inc. freight prepaid with a copy of original receipt
Bosski disclaims all other warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose.
